What type of wax is used in our candles?

All of our candles are hand poured using 100% natural soy wax. Soy wax is a non-toxic byproduct of soybeans that does not contain any toxins or chemicals, making it less likely to trigger any allergies. Soy wax allows for a slower burn meaning you are able to enjoy your candle/candles and wax melts for a longer period of time allowing the fragrance to truly shine throughout each burn

What makes our candles stand out?

We use eco friendly products in each of our candles from the wax, fragrances, sustainable crackling wood wicks, labels and packaging. We are very passionate about only using clean scent fragrances meaning there are No Carcinogens No Acute toxins and Phthalate Free. Our candles are all hand made using natural crackling wood wicks for that extra comforting feeling each time you light your candle

Where are we located?

We are NO LONGER based in San Diego, CA as the military has moved us to Virginia Beach, VA

What is our shipping policy?

We package orders next business day from when order is placed. Orders will be shipped out only Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days once order is shipped out to you. Will be provided with email consisting of order summary as well as tracking number for your package. As a small business we pride on having you receive your candles in a timely manner as well as in great condition.

What Mail Carrier do we use?

For all orders in the US we use USPS with a flat shipping rate of $10.00 regardless of order size. We currently at this time do not ship internationally/overseas.

What if I want to cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of when your order was placed. After the 24 hour mark unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order. If you are needing to cancel you order please email us Hellooctobercandlecompany@gmail.com

What is your return policy?

We do not accept any returns. If product is damaged such as (broken jars) when received we will be happy to replace the item/items for you at no extra cost. For all damaged products please email us at Hellooctobercandlecompany@gmail.com

What if my candles are damaged?

If you receive your candles and they are damaged such as (broken jars) please send an email to hellooctobercandlecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order along with the following.

  1. A picture of your damaged product

  2. A picture of the shipping box and packaging from your order

  3. A picture of your shipping label (allows us to track your order in our system in a timely manner)
