Additional information regarding shipping, returns and all materials used in each of our hand made candles

  • All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches using the cleanest ingredients. Each blend is custom-crafted exclusively for Hello October Candle Co.

    Natural Crackling Wood Wicks

    • Made from sustainable wood

    Packaging Materials-

    • Biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts

    • Honeycomb wrapping paper

    • Recyclable packing tape, Kraft crinkle paper

  • We apologize that we do not accept any returns. Although, if your product is damaged such as (broken jars) when received we will be happy to replace the item/items for you at no extra cost. Please send an email to hellooctobercandlecompany@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order along with the following.

    1. A picture of your damaged product

    2. A picture of the shipping box and packaging from your order

    3. A picture of your shipping label (allows us to track your order in our system in a timely manner)

  • We use USPS as our mail carrier with a $10 flat fee on all orders. Orders will be shipped out only Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 business days once order is shipped out to you. You will be provided with email consisting of order summary as well as tracking number for your package.
